What do Kiteboarding and the Bahamas have in common?
Kiteboarding is a new water-sport that incorporates elements of windsurfing and wakeboarding. Basically a rider uses a kite and the power of the wind to propel themselves across the water on a board similar to a wakeboard. I had been taking lessons for a while with an organization called the Kitehouse out of Key West.
Plane is done and Flying!
After years of hard work and testing, the plane is finally done and has been put to the test. The goal was to build a plane that could fly far, fast, and heavy. It comes from a kit plane manufacturer known as Compair and you build it together with a company known as Composite Technologies. We built it from the ground up with exploration, filming and fishing in mind.

Reel Life Adventures Dominican Republic
Reel Life Adventures is a group of guys who go into an impoverished area and take on various humanitarian projects. In this case we joined them in the Dominican Republic to provide aid, supplies and labor to help the Dominican and Haitian orphans and impoverished people of Puerto Plata. It was nothing short of an incredible trip and we received far more than we gave.

Navionics Platinum Plus Charts
Jose Wejebe and Jeff Brodeur show the new level of detail available on the new Platinum Plus Navionics marine chart cards. Almost all new marine chartplotters have the capability to accept electronic chart data on compact flash cards. The Navionics cards have unusually detailed contour data and spot soundings that allow for easy identification of ledges, holes, and shallow areas that turn a mapping unit into a fishing tool.
